MLS Magic may collect information you voluntarily provide through the website, including:

• whether you choose to receive occasional MLS Magic copy notes or listing-refresh ideas; and
• listing links, property information, messages, or other information you send when asking about MLS Magic services.

For the 7 Checks before you publish or relaunch resource, MLS Magic records the email address used to request the resource, the optional first name, the marketing-permission choice, the source of the request, and relevant request timestamps.

Requesting the 7 Checks resource does not require you to opt in to future marketing emails.

How MLS Magic uses this information

Google and Gmail API use

MLS Magic uses Google OAuth authorization and the Gmail API through its WordPress email system to send website-generated email from the MLS Magic email account.

This integration is used for outgoing email delivery, including requested resources and administrative notifications.

Google authorization credentials are used only as necessary to permit the MLS Magic website's email system to send authorized messages.

MLS Magic's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Information submitted through MLS Magic forms may be stored in the MLS Magic WordPress website and related hosting or email systems.

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your email address by contacting MLS Magic.
